ErrandBoy Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 4th 2026
At ErrandBoy, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient errand
services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds
may be issued.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following
conditions:
- The errand was not completed due to an issue caused by ErrandBoy or the assigned Errand Runner .
- The errand was significantly delayed beyond the promised timeframe .
- The service provided was materially different from what was requested .
- The Errand Runner failed to follow clear instructions .
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The errand was completed as requested
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, store closures, or other factors outside our control .
- Incorrect or incomplete instructions provided by the customer
- Change of mind after the errand has already begun or been completed
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued when:
- A portion of the errand was completed successfully
- Minor issues occurred that did not fully prevent completion
4. Cancellation Policy
- Before Assignment: Full refund .
- After Assignment but Before Start: Partial refund may apply .
- After Errand Has Started: No refund (except in cases of service failure)
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, customers must:
- Submit a request within 24–48 hours of errand completion
- Provide relevant details, including order number and description of the issue
- After Errand Has Started: No refund (except in cases of service failure)

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on
the original payment method.
7. Disputes
ErrandBoy reserves the right to investigate all claims. Decisions are made at our
sole discretion based on available evidence, including communication logs and
Errand Runner reports.
